Our skilled drawing team delivers designs for anything from complete bespoke lift packages to a single design item such as door packages, slings, lift cars, or gear rafts. Underpinned by the quality design work, our manufacturing department produces a full range of lift equipment using the latest machine technology. Some of our best used equipment includes a CAD/CAM-linked laser, enabling us to produce high-quality sheet metal parts.
Our team of electrical specialists are dedicated to integrating the best of elevator control innovation into the ILE product range. They have developed a full range of lift control systems to suit all requirements – from simple goods-only controls to complex multi-car group systems using the latest drive technology. At the heart of the control system sits the microprocessor, designed by ILE’s own team of experienced R&D engineers.
The extensive capabilities of the ILE electronics team cover SMT and through-hole PCB assembly, device programming, assembly prototyping, cable preparation as well as full functional testing.
