Covid-19 Update

We would like to update our valued customers on what we’re doing considering the current situation regarding the Covid-19 pandemic:

We are focusing our efforts to ensure the sustainability of our business and service to you. Our strategy firstly includes ensuring that we provide the safest environment for our staff with the utmost concern for their health and welfare.

Following this, our strategy is as follows:

For staff in our 3 locations we are operating a work-from-home approach, where practicable, whilst also ensuring we have staff on site. This enables enhanced ‘social distancing’ but also ensures that we have staff on site to get products, materials, spares, etc. in and out.

Our site staff are still available at a reduced capacity and they will be following strict ‘social distancing’ and hygiene procedures if required on site.

We are in touch with our suppliers daily, closely monitoring the supply chain to ensure that we do not experience sudden shortages. We have also sourced additional suppliers to help ensure we have a robust supply chain.

Our senior management team is monitoring Government Covid-19 notifications on a constant basis to ensure we are following the latest advice and policy.

We trust that the above will give you a good level of assurance that we are working hard to maintain our high-level of service to our customers in the supply of goods, services and support. The management team are prioritised with the task of business and colleague sustainability.
